Our story
The story behind Bistrot des Alpes
Bistrot des Alpes opened since 2015 by Thibault and Dieuwertje. We import all products ourselves from the Savoie, the region where Thibault comes from. We are very passionate about promoting the Alpine cuisine.
We have owned restaurants for twelve years. We started the Bistrot with just the two of us. Recently we opened a second restaurant. A place for fine-dining where products from the Alps are the focus. We serve fish from Lake Annecy, herbs from the high mountains, mushrooms from the forests and of course Savoie wines.
The Bistrot des Alpes has been running for two years without us thanks to a great team of passionate people. On the floor our beloved Charlotte and Oceane and in the kitchen Massimiliano with Maeva and Antoine. The Bistrot is a warm bath for guests and staff. You are welcome.
