Our story

The story behind Bistrot des Alpes

Bistrot des Alpes opened since 2015 by Thibault and Dieuwertje. We import all products ourselves from the Savoie, the region where Thibault comes from. We are very passionate about promoting the Cuisine Savoyarde.

For twelve years now, we have been running various restaurants together. Thibault can now mainly be found in the newest establishment, Restaurant Mont Blanc. A fine-dining restaurant where products from the Alps are the focus. Fish from Lake Annecy, herbs from the high mountains, mushrooms from the forests and of course the Savoie wines.

 

For two years now, the Bistrot des Alpes has been running thanks to a great team of passionate people. In the foreground our beloved Oceane, Florian, our chef Jean-Baptiste and his right-hand men Damien and Patrick. The Bistrot is a warm bath for guests and staff. You are most welcome.
